B.J. Black is an American guitarist who has recorded or performed with dozens of acts in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
Building on the influence of a contemporary (Jay Blackburn), he contributed his expertise and ideas to the Guitar Nine site as far back as 1996, when the world experienced the internet via 2400 baud modems.
Black is also an instructor, and was an artist in residence at Blues Alley.
